In school our form groups have been challenged to create themselves a wellbeing calendar of wellness activities inspired by our 6 ways to wellbeing.
Each form group has collaboratively planned and voted for the activities that they complete and each Wednesday we will be sharing on the website and social media one form groups ideas to inspire you to take a moment to look after yourselves.
This week we are featuring Paraguay and Mexico.
Here’s what their tutor Miss Condon has to say about their activities:
"Our wellbeing calendar allows us to start our day positively. Through completing activities together, such as Yoga, drawing, and team games and quizzes, we feel a greater sense of belonging and connectedness to each other and to our school community. We come together as a team to support one another and look after our mental, physical, and emotional health which leads to greater happiness."
