In school our form groups have been challenged to create themselves a wellbeing calendar of wellness activities inspired by our 6 ways to wellbeing.
Each form group has collaboratively planned and voted for the activities that they complete and each Wednesday we will be sharing on the website and social media one form groups ideas to inspire you to take a moment to look after yourselves.
This week we are featuring Canada.
Here’s what their tutor Mr Harvey has to say about their activities:
"Our wellbeing calendar gives us a fantastic start to the day by doing fun, engaging and sometimes competitive tasks such as riddles, quizzes, drawing’s, origami and pet presentation’s. This allows us to continually connect with each other and support each other through these challenging times."
