In school our form groups have been challenged to create themselves a wellbeing calendar of wellness activities inspired by our 6 ways to wellbeing.
Each form group has collaboratively planned and voted for the activities that they complete and each Wednesday we will be sharing on the website and social media one form groups ideas to inspire you to take a moment to look after yourselves.
This week we are featuring Indonesia.
Here’s what their tutor Mrs Sanderson has to say about their activities:
“Being able to meet each morning and try different well-being activities each day gives us a really positive mindset and is a fun way to start off each day of learning. We have explored the relaxing benefits of origami, drawing, bullet-journaling, and we have started preparing the contents for a form 'positivity jar' which we are going to keep in our classroom once we return to school. We have also done some form quizzes, giving students the feel-good factor of being able to beat their teacher!!"
