In school our form groups have been challenged to create themselves a wellbeing calendar of wellness activities inspired by our 6 ways to wellbeing.
Each form group has collaboratively planned and voted for the activities that they complete and each Wednesday we will be sharing on the website and social media one form groups ideas to inspire you to take a moment to look after yourselves.
This week we are featuring USA.
Here’s what their tutor Miss Potts has to say about their activities:
“The Wellbeing Calendar gives us the opportunity to share all our different interests. It’s sets us up for the day, whether that is being mindful with drawing or reflecting on how to support each other and be kind. There are of course the active elements which they enjoy being able to beat me at! “
