Cleaning SupervisorJob Type: 35 hours per week (Term Time only plus 1 week)
Salary: JC Band C, Points 2-4 (£18,198 - £18,933 per annum)

Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a Hub of Schools. The role is extremely varied and you will be responsible for a range of areas including:

  • supervising the cleaning staff working at the various locations through monitoring of areas and ensuring high standards are maintained;
  • Managing equipment, materials and stock levels;
  • Training and developing staff;
  • Monitoring and maintaining records in accordance with COSHH regulations.

You will need to be:

  • Experienced in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry;
  • Strong people skills;
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work;
  • Good relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels;
  • A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations;
  • General education to at least National Level 2, e.g. GCSEs grades A*-C.

IT Support Technician - Harrogate HubJob Type: 37 hours per week, Full Time (all year round)
Salary: Grade E (£19,698 - £20,493)

Description:

The ICT Technician role is critical to the effective and efficient running of the schools in the Harrogate Hub. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, positive, well organised and possess the ability to work in close partnership with staff from across the schools and colleagues in the MAT Centre.

You will:

  • Work alongside another technician being responsible for the day-to-day support of all ICT services at Harrogate High School, being a point of contact for IT support escalation and problem management within the schools;
  • Work within the Trust ICT team to help support all primary schools across the Harrogate Hub
  • Take a proactive approach in dealing with IT support requests and software / equipment faults to ensure a high standard of support is always maintained;
  • Monitor all critical systems, such as anti-virus, networking equipment, server hardware systems and respond to alerts generated by these systems appropriately;
  • Work closely with the Exams and Cover Manager to implement and support all online examination client / server software for individual examination boards;
  • Be efficient, organised and capable in order to prioritise tasks effectively;
  • Be approachable and possess excellent interpersonal skills

Applicants will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working as an IT Technician preferably in a similar environment.
