Salary: Grade H (SCP 18 – 23) £30,559 – £33,366 FTE. Actual Salary £26,843 - £29,308.

We are seeking a dedicated Student Support Officer to join our pastoral team. This is a full time, term time only (plus 2 weeks) post working Monday to Friday 7.45am until 3.45pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Positively challenge and support students to overcome barriers to learning.
Build effective relationships with students and families, including home visits where necessary.
Monitor academic and pastoral progress, contributing to personalised intervention strategies.
Promote our CARES values to raise aspirations and individual potential.
Safeguard student welfare through compliance with child protection policies.
